Very unprofessional, the psychologist was not competent enough to diagnose my daughter properly. A simple misunderstanding caused turmoil and unmeasurable stress to our family. Do not recommend
I actually really appreciate how organized their systems are. Getting my evaluation and counseling at the same time was not an issue and being able to view all my info on the portal makes me life less stressful!!! Going to regular counseling on Jackson is so calm and welcoming. Appreciate all the support from the front to get me situated with anything and from my counselor who is so accommodating
great ambience! The place is very warm and welcoming. Staff is very friendly. They also have light refreshments and snacks which is a bonus if you’re waiting in there pretty long
