Edit: it’s absolutely NOT another company. It’s your Jane St location in Vaughan. I emailed the manager and they say it’s head offices fault so…. They lowered their rates but did not notify existing customers who are still paying more. When I asked, they pretty much said they can’t offer me the new lower rates, meaning you’re stuck with the old high rates, and it’s all controlled by head office and the local manager cannot do anything about it. So shady. Beware!
