I loved this place! Eric was so nice and understanding that I was overwhelmed and going thru a lot at the time. He explained everything in detail, i was shocked at the size of my storage unit 5x10 was HUGE! I love that it’s secure and only limited hours in and out - with crime, addicts, police in the area constantly, but i will say, i still chose this place because of the fact that it’s beyond secure and cameras everywhere. Clean, easy to get in and out of. Friendly staff! Had my unit there for 5 years and not one issue or concern.
Very well maintained, super-clean facility. We stored things here for a couple of years, and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend this place and the whole New-Hampshire based chain.

This location is pretty much the ideal of what you want in a storage facility. Spacious, well-lit, immaculately clean, dry and secure. Lots of carts and roomy elevators. Easy access. And to top it all off there’s Eric, the manager. I don’t think I’ve ever had such great customer service in my life: he’s incredibly welcoming, proud of his building and the team, super attentive and meticulous.
