Beautiful and historical facility! I love the Old World Brick on the exterior and modern amenities inside. Cree is a joy & very helpful and she helps to make the entire process easy and fast!! Highly recommend!
Super friendly staff, Cree was a pleasure to deal with she was very helpful and accommodating. Loved learning about the places history.
The staff are friendly enough however the hours are not useful- they are closed on Sundays and they close early without warning leaving you high and dry without access to my bedding for the night. I am not impressed and I will be filing an official complaint with head office and I will be demanding reimbursement for the expenses that will now be incurred due to their blatant disregard to their own hours of operation. Very friendly staff, Cree was extremely helpful, and all smiles! Great storage place if you’re in the core of downtown Victoria.
This location was recently bought by bluebird storage. The management at bluebird was fast helpful Curious and accommodating! Thank you for the excellent customer service
