I have no words to describe how happy I am after my laser treatment journey! The staff is always so supportive and helpful, aiming for the best solution to achieve any desired outcome; you can really tell they care about their customers and their needs.
This is my first time trying laser and the team at Bluebird is so, so lovely and really helped make the entire experience for me comfortable and easy! I have done around 6 sessions now and have noticed such a difference, which I can only attribute to my laser tech, Sai!! Sai is patient, quick and efficient but also funny and super easy to chat to -- as I'm chatting with Sai, I lose track of the time and next thing I know, we're done our session! Amazing service, attentive staff. This place is welcoming to all. Their facility is clean and very well maintained, it has a calming vibe to it. Also bonus point for offering pre-surgery hair removal for the gender affirming surgery areas. I highly recommend this place, 10/10 I have no complaints.
This place is fantastic! The ambience is really inviting. Jayne explained everything in detail before my session and made me feel much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend!
