I’ve been debating leaving this review for a while, because I almost never leave reviews for anything, ever...but I just can’t shake how badly I was done at Bluebird. Fully recommend, no complaints. The staff is amazing, skilled, respectful and they know what they are doing. The space is trans and queer inclusive, which is why i choose it in the first place and i’ve had amazing sessions with Jayne Sweet. I’ve completed four full face diode laser sessions so far and I always feel valued and the prices are worth their amazing services.
I'm a trans-femme person whos not on hormones but feels extreme dysphoria around my facial hair. I've been through 2 other different laser places before this, with a combined 20 individual sessions that did effectively nothing to eliminate my hair. Bluebird Laser is an amazing place to go for laser treatment, especially if you are an anxious person like me! The staff are spectacularly friendly and will make you feel both welcome and safe.
