Djuna and the entire team are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patient when it comes to answering a ton of my questions. I'm loving the results and have absolutely no regret in giving laser hair removal a try. Bluebird was by far the best choice after doing a lot of research and consultations across Toronto.
Wonderful experience, I have had my most sessions with Sai and she has been such a darling in making the sessions comfortable and efficient. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. Also love the vibe of the Bluebird, the space is so pretty, clean and lovely just to be around!

Sai answered all my questions thoroughly during initial consult and Djuna made me feel incredibly comfortable during sessions . The entire experience was very professional and reassuring.
