I had a very disappointing experience with Bluebird Family Dentistry. More than a year after my appointments, I was unexpectedly contacted about an outstanding balance that I had never been informed about. There was no timely communication, billing follow-up, or effort to notify me sooner, making the charge come as a complete surprise. Highly recommend! These guys are so trust worthy I love the front desk staff Stephanie is so sweet and organized! The hygienist Ingrid is amazing at explaining everything and she is so gentle and fun to be around! Dr Poor is so trustworthy and you can tell she truly cares about her job and patient. I've had a really hard time finding dental practices that I feel comfortable at but this is the one.
Very friendly and professional dentist office. They understand emergencies and will fit you right in. I travel across several cities to go to Bluebird in Westminster because I like them a lot!
