Poor customer service and lack of transparency. They constantly reschedule your appointments on their end, but the moment you have to reschedule, they hit you with a surprise fee. While technically buried in an old policy form, failing to verbally remind customers before charging them is sneaky business practice. Won't be wasting my time or money here again. Lastly, when I reached out to ask about the $50 fee, they never responded or got back to me as promised.
Going to the dentist isn't usually something people look forward to, but Bluebird Dentistry completely changes the game. The entire staff is so friendly, gentle, and patient focused. They take all the stress out of your visit and go above and beyond to make sure you feel relaxed and well cared for. The clinic is modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly efficient. 10/10 recommendation for anyone looking for exceptional dental care!
I have had a great experience at Bluebird Family Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional.
