I Love my 411 purifier but takes forever to hear back i sent a message last week and never heard back. Also worry that my 411 will be discontinued like the 211 that i wanted and wont be able to buy filters. Now people who bought the 211 wont be able to buy filters that sucks.
I have the 201 and 501 since Oct 2006 and they have been working properly until recently. The 201 has been making constant squeaky noises. Where can I get it repaired around zip code 91748? Is it worth it? Without opening it, my first guess would be fur and dust trapped in the motor. I’m tempted to disassemble and DIY. Is there an instruction manual on cleaning the moving parts? Thank you in advance.
In the past month I have obtained three of the 411 models and I love how quiet they are. I also love the small, lightweight design. But I’m taking one star off because none of the three seem to dim as advertised!
I love my BlueAir 203! I use the charcoal SmokeStop filter to remove VOC's from my carpet and dust... it has made such a difference in my life! Wouldn't trade it for the world! :-)
We just added a Blueair 205 classic to our grandkids playroom. They all suffer from allergies and I am so thankful that the air they're breathing is helping to reduce their exposure to pollutants and allergens. This unit is so quiet and the three speeds are a plus. Thanks, Blueair for a quality product!
