I’m trying to return a purchase that I wanted to cancel. In a THREE week time period I’ve sent 4 emails, made at least 4 phone calls-IF I’ve reached anyone it’s the answering service - NOT helpful, AND I’ve sent numerous requests through your customer support web page. Highly disappointed - will not recommend based on this disastrous experience.
After a discussion with the support team, I wanted to edit this, but leave the initial reaction: It seems there are some improvements being made, and more than anything clear indication that they WANT to improve. This is enough to keep me around as a customer. Companies should succeed not only from good products, but the desire to be of service, which BlueAir has just proven to be just such a company. Never heard of Blueair and this morning I wake up to a 299.99 purchase on my card that I didn’t make. When I call to talk to someone it says they’re closed but the website says they’re open.
I ordered a purifier and UPS “refused delivery” because of a storm. Got two friendly and apologetic emails from customer service who said they would issue a refund to my credit card when the merchandise was received back to their warehouse. But that was one week after my tracking information said they already had it. Meanwhile it’s three weeks later, I get no response to email and when you call customer service they put you on hold and after several minutes redirect you to voicemail but nobody calls you back. Contacting customer service continues to be an absolute joke. My auto ship filter order was cancelled for no reason, I’m about to return both of my XL units. Can anyone recommend another air purifier company?
We’ve been through two filters on our 211+ that smell of burning chemicals. What can we do about this? It’s scary and seemingly defeats the purpose of the unit.
I can't register the units I bought last month because "Linsey" doesn't think my serial number is enough to register both of my 411s. I have been very Ill all this time so I couldn't register while I had the reciepts. Their customer service is absolute crap. I can't even register their expensive air purifiers I'm being ripped off. This is a SCAM!!
Customer service representative (Howard Linsey Falls) has lied to me for 2 months about sending a cap to eliminate the brightness issue for the 211+. It's been "in the mail" at least 4 times now.
