Brought in my 2020 RAM pick up and everything on my rear and front bumpers were fine. Once the truck when through the car wash I noticed my left rear bottom piece of bumper trim near my rear tire was hanging. I went and told the lady drying my truck my truck wasn’t this way when I brought in. She called several times to a man named Jose and he came over and told me there was nothing they could do because their machines/brushes wont cause that. Went to get my truck washed, and the hit my driver side mirror and broke the back off, when speaking to the mgr. he said they hadn't broken it off that my mirror backing was loose and the blower is what made it fall off. The mirror was not loose and you can see that someone had hit something to break it off. The mgr. refused any responsibility for what happened, and just kept blaming me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!! so disappointed with them.
They did A very good job. It didn't take very long. The car is clean.
Outside of car looks great. The inside is another story. There is "crud" in the cup holders, dust on almost all surfaces, a few dried spills remain untouched, and smudges in steering wheel. Yet, there were no fewer than 5 employees standing around talking. I can't believe I paid almost $25 and have to go home and finish the job myself.
