For context, i LOVE sushi and raw fish - so I’m not sensitive to/know what to expect regarding the texture/flavor. I’ve gotten the toro scallion roll a few times earlier in the year and it was great! Beautiful light color and the taste was what i would’ve expected. Unfortunately however, the most recent few times I have gotten that same roll, the toro was absolutely disgusting.
