Great people to work with you on any problem.
They are super friendly and have great customer service. However, they are very overpriced. I bought 2 bags of shock and paid OVER 11 dollars. Not a very wallet friendly place.
Ive never had a pool before and the house I just bought has one. The owner of Blue Wave walked me through everything and taught me so much about how to take care of and maintain my pool. She was patient and friendly and so incredibly helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for superb service!
Blue Wave has been wonderful. Very knowledgable and super friendly. You just cant go wrong with them and like others have said they are family owned and it feels good suporting them.
We went one week to get prices and then shopped around. Not only did Blue Wave offer the lowest price on the pool we wanted, but the pool was installed in less than 3 hours. Dont waste time shopping around at places that dont know about their products. Call Blue Wave.
I shopped there for skimmer basket and leaf eater. They did not have either. The lady behind the desk did not have any knowlege on 'Pool Euipment'.
The owner of 'Blue Wave' is very knowledgeable of pool problems that occure. She instantly knows the problem just by listening to the details.
