Rachael and her staff are amazing. Very caring and professional. Used her as a medical provider for a family member and had her IV services for myself. Always spot on.
This clinic is amazing! From calling and getting same day, new patient appointment to, the time she spent with my fiance, the office presentation, the office staff, all around amazing experience! Wow! My fiance has had so many hard times here over the last 2 years of being HEARD as a patient and she actually listens and cares and treats the well being of her patients! I'm not an actual patient here, but I tried to be. When I was told my insurance wasn't currently accepted, I asked if they could help me find a local provider who was accepting new patients with my insurance (because I had already called 5 or 6 providers before then). The sweet staff member who answered the phone was definitely not obligated to help me, but she went out of her way and did. I was able to successfully find a PCP thanks to her recommendation. I feel like that speaks volumes on the staff. Thank you.
Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Rachel is one of the most knowledgeable practitioners I have ever met. The office is welcoming and I was seen quickly and my medical concerns addressed. The future of healthcare in PCB.
