Hands down the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with a provider! Miss Rachael is kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable & down to earth all at the same time! Miss Sherri is also awesome & so welcoming. I feel very blessed to have Blue Waters as my healthcare & hormone provider.

Rachel and her staff are wonderful! Exemplary service and presentation style. i walked in as a new patient looking to get established, and left feeling that I made new friends. From the moment you walk inside, you are greeted with a relaxing vibe and a cozy, softness. The kind of welcome wherein you want to grab a cup of coffee and a book. And for the intake medical evaluation, it went smoothly and efficiently. I feel confident in this office's ability to provide effective care.

This clinic is amazing! From calling and getting same day, new patient appointment to, the time she spent with my fiance, the office presentation, the office staff, all around amazing experience! Wow! My fiance has had so many hard times here over the last 2 years of being HEARD as a patient and she actually listens and cares and treats the well being of her patients! I'm not an actual patient here, but I tried to be. When I was told my insurance wasn't currently accepted, I asked if they could help me find a local provider who was accepting new patients with my insurance (because I had already called 5 or 6 providers before then). The sweet staff member who answered the phone was definitely not obligated to help me, but she went out of her way and did. I was able to successfully find a PCP thanks to her recommendation. I feel like that speaks volumes on the staff. Thank you.
