These people did not answer the phone, I called them for 3 hours straight , 8 calls 5 voice messages nothing in return. Ahead of that the was road work being done in front of their place of business that I was stuck in for 30 minutes. They never said on their website or my spectrum app that I have to check in for my nursing license that you have to be there by 7 pm if you’re a new client. Terrible experience, they are very rude and dont seem to want to help. I've called to get my results back because they said it would take 24 to 48 hours, it's been three days now and when I called to get them they seemed aggravated at me. Do not recommend coming here AT ALL.

Didn't really have a good first impression when i first started coming to test. As my situation was a bit confusing. One day i walked in and overseen someone passing around burbon balls. And even said what they was while doing so. For the most part they started to get nicer i guess i met them on a bad day. I actually conectedd with one of the staff members and she was always so nice.
So far I don't have a good opinion. I was ordered to do an assessment through them and they text me a link for some paperwork and said call them back when it's done That was 2 days ago and I keep calling and calling and calling Leaving message after message and nothing
