Steve repeatedly rescheduled appointments and then didnt show. When I reminded him of our appointment, he said he didnt want to wait around for me (so he wanted me to reschedule my day to meet his schedule). He doesnt want my business or probably yours. I find this behavior unprofessional and I would suggest staying well clear of this business.
They were very fast at getting back to me, and carrying out air and wall analysis following mold remediation.They seem like a very honest and sound company. I chose not to use them for the actual remediation as I felt it was a conflict of interest using the same company to validate the air (and therefore the effectiveness of the work) and do the actual remediation work.I was also not certain if they were a large enough company to provide full rip and tear remediation services.
