As always the technicians are welcoming, and true experts making recommendations, and performing what looks like art with their work. Even when I am in need of a fill I still receive compliments on on my nails. A day doesn’t go by without someone commenting. Rose is fabulous . I can also receive beautiful facial waxing by Angelina or Heidi. Today I was pleasantly surprised with the remodeling of the salon, making it brighter with a more open look.

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. My husband and I went in for pedicures, picked the most expensive one and thought it was going to be a great experience. My tech cut me not once, but four different times in the 2 hours it took her to do my toes and start my hands. The fourth time she hurt me I had to leave. I was a pile of anxiety waiting for this appointment to end. I had a split nail and the tech cut a quarter of my nail off “to fix it”- literally never heard of that before.
