I have an out-of-state insurance policy and my claim was billed twice and not paid even though I had coverage. I received a call from Brandy and she told me that she "washed her hands" of my claim, after only two months of fighting with the insurance company. Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
