Worst office ever. The people there have no idea what they're doing. They don't return calls and always have an attitude. They always refused to send my refill information to the pharmacy for days at a time (one time it was a whole two weeks) when I told them I was out of medicine that need to take daily. I will never come back here. Leaving and getting my medical files sent was a hassle in itself. Dr. Roy and his staff should be shut down because all they care about is money and not about their patients.
Horrible experience! Long wait times with few patients. Physicians assistant wouldn't give me a prescription (refill) because she couldn't clearly read previous doctor's handwriting (from her own office), required additional lab tests at my expense. Once I did the lab tests and the results were returned as normal, they still didn't call in the prescriptions and if the local pharmacist wouldn't have given me enough medication to get through the weekend , I probably would've had a seizure.
