Phone goes straight to voice-mail every time. Not even a business voicemail is setup. You would of had a paying customer if you could simply answer the phone....

Terrible service from this place! My sister ordered some flowers for Mother’s Day today and was given a time frame between ‘9-5’ we spent the whole day waiting for the flowers to arrive. No one would answer the phone, they would text her that they will call her back and no one ever did. I personally spoke to them and explained at how we needed an ETA since we had plans to go out to dinner. Business is closed has been for 5 years. They scam on holidays showing up days later with cheap arrangements. The location is now Soothing Massage Spa. They are the only business for the entire complex. Owner of the property stated Bluevue Flowers went out of business 5 years ago. Drive by for yourself. Those who are out of town like my daughter. Here are pics to help. Charged my daughter 80.00 for this little potted flowers.

Blue Vue totally saved my mom's birthday when another flower shop messed up my flower order for her birthday and sent her a bouquet of dead daisies for her birthday instead of the purple and red floral bouquet I ordered. My mom was more than pleased and said these were the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. I will never go anywhere else in the Independence, MO area. Thank you Blue Vue for making my mom so happy.
