I needed to have a home inspection done for a duplex that I was already in contract for. Blue tree was very responsive and were able to get in to perform the inspection right away. Ossi was able to quickly turn around a report for me to review and took the time to walk me through some of the report. If you are looking for a good inspector at an affordable rate, you should definitely choose Blue Tree!

As an agent, I warn against using this Inspection company. My buyers used them for a property they were purchasing and received the report which stated there were not any issues in the attic area or with the A/C unit. After my clients moved in there was a line leaking from the A/C in the attic causing more damage to the unit and water damage to the ceiling, the insurance sent out professionals who stated the A/C was damaged from the condensation line which had previously been repaired and there was repair work done in the at... read more

I couldn't be happier with this company. The inspector did an excellent job and explained me in detail all the faults that the property I was about to buy had. Thanks to that I decided to cancel the purchase (and save me from a lot of costly repairs!) and now I'm buying another property that is in good condition. I recommend Blue Tree Home Inspection for your future home inspections. He always awnsers his phone and always calls back if he misses your call. His service was very professional as he was on time and awnsered all of my questions. He speaks spanish so that is also a plus. I recieved my report the next day and was very thorough. Thanks Osvaldo for giving me comfort in my first home purchase.
