Well we just got our XH15 series 2 and its a bitter disappointment when it comes to quality and finish. First thing when I put my hand into the kitchen pantry it sliced open my fingers, blood everywhere! The stamped out opening in the kitchen and interior have serrated knife like edges that are extremely sharp. Then the interior basin leaked only to find that nothing had been done up, it was all loose. I have owned an XH15 for a bit over a year now and have always found that Karl and Sheree respond to reasonable requests with my van very promptly. They replaced a blown switch for me last week without any problems. 14,000 kilometres with the van up and down the coast, the Red Centre and Flinders Ranges, and it has not let me down. Very happy with the product and the service. Thank you!
