This is one of my favorite and most reliable coffee shops in Houston. Their homemade honey cinnamon syrup is excellent, and this is one of the only coffee shops that will give me an iced flat white! Their seasonal offerings are always delicious, and the pastries, sandwiches, and empanadas are also very good. The baristas are kind, skilled, and quick.
