They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. Dr. Blue is probably the most caring & thorough eye Dr. out there. He goes above & beyond what is necessary & will see emergencies when it is totally inconvenient for him. I've been a patient of his since 1990 & would never consider going somewhere else.
