Received a text less than 3 weeks before we were supposed to go on vacation saying our property was "uninhabitable" and we could no longer stay there - offered us another property for $1800 MORE than we paid. When I called they had no explanation on why the property wasn't available or what was wrong with it - just that it was no longer available. Beware of this - looking online apparently this is something that has happened often with this company !
Blue Swell aggressively evicted my Disabled Airforce Veteran husband, myself and our 2 small children over a technicality buried in their 6 page contract. We were 100% compliant but they rigidly only gave 45 minutes to leave before calling the police, which had my children crying in fear. This brutality cost us $2500 and our only family trip was ruined. Please rent from any other company, Blue Swell entraps good people in their lengthy contract.
