Vegan sushi was absolutely amazing!
I was waiting for the order for so long and no one would come to the counter to answer
Vegans Read: I've come to Blue Sushi countless times and their food and service is always phenomenal. Last night I had one roll be delivered with fish on it. The staff immediately fixed this and took excellent care of me, however it did make me realize I need to check the rolls each time. The atmosphere, the service, and the food were phenomenal...but just check the roll before you eat it if you're vegan.
My daughter has celiac disease so I called ahead of time to see if they could accommodate a gluten allergy, they said yes and I even saw they had a separate gluten free menu so seemed great. While it SEEMS that they take precautions, unfortunately my poor daughter definitely got glutened here and now we're dealing with all the classic gluten symptoms.
