Promised myself a visit to Bluestone when I noticed the shop as I drove by weeks ago. There used to be a lot of rock shops in Colorado. So I drove up from Boulder yesterday morning and wow what lovely specimens and creations. I couldn't stop grabbing stuff and had to seriously thin out my pile before ringing up. Although I missed Gerry, the young woman who helped me gave me a great tour of the shop and workshop. She knew her minerals too. Well organized displays, reasonable pricing, nice vibe!

Several years ago, stopped by Blue Stone and found the most wonderful Montana Agates and Rhodochrosite cabochons, still using some of the many stones I bought. Just beautiful!!
