Very unprofessional landlords. It took multiple calls to receive my deposit back. Finally they express mailed it to me bc "oh sorry". Today after not living there for a year. I get an email please update renters insurance. I called the office to have them explain why I got this email, to see if spam etc. They said you could have just deleted it or blocked it in this day and age. The best part about working with Trevor and Colin is the communication. I have had other property managers in the past that I could never get a hold of and always seemed bothered when I had a question. With Blue Steel though I always feel like I can call them and discuss anything I need which really gives me the peace of mind I was looking for in a property manager

Blue Steel was great to deal with. They put sheet rock up in my attic and renovated 2 of my bathrooms. Fair price, and communicated well throughout the process. Would use again.

Colin found thing that two of missed. Made the job a non-brainer. Colin was very easy to work with and would hire him for all my projects. I plan to keep him busy.
