We have had marble on our kitchen and pantry butler counters for over 13 years. We’ve had them polished several times and last year when Bluesteam did it for the first time we were 100% pleased. They did it again this year and again we were completely happy with they job they did
We had a great experience with Blue Steam. They took care of cleaning both our exterior patios and interior travertine tile. Communication with Judy was excellent. We asked for a touch up to a few spots on the interior and Mario came out and took care of everything perfectly. It all looks great. While not inexpensive, you do get what you pay for which is a good outcome. We highly recommend Blue Steam.
Recently had our Satillo tiles stripped, washed and resealed. Bluesteam professionalism and efficiency was appreciated as we had to work them in with other vendors onsite. They also charged a competitive and fair price. I will definitely be using them again.
This was our 2nd time using Blue Steam Tile and all went very smoothly. They were careful to keep the multiple gates closed to protect our dogs and efficiently worked to get the job done on time. When they were pressure washing they accidentally sprayed off a large chip of paint, and when my husband pointed it out they said they didn't do it - but since we had just had the house painted the week prior they agreed to fill it and repaint it. Very punctual. Love this method. 17 years of grime build up in the Grout . We are very clean. My rile l9oks like it was just put down yesterday. Very happy.
