My next door neighbor used this company for their tile cleaning outside. My neighbor recommended them highly. However, I am very disappointed in this company! I called and spoke with Judy, the office manager, multiple times regarding my outdoor tiles in my front courtyard. She was very rude and impatient over the phone on 3 occasions. I do have an accent when I speak, and Judy made fun of me and was condescending towards me regarding my accent. It really hurt my feelings. We have had marble on our kitchen and pantry butler counters for over 13 years. We’ve had them polished several times and last year when Bluesteam did it for the first time we were 100% pleased. They did it again this year and again we were completely happy with they job they did
We had a great experience with Blue Steam. They took care of cleaning both our exterior patios and interior travertine tile. Communication with Judy was excellent. We asked for a touch up to a few spots on the interior and Mario came out and took care of everything perfectly. It all looks great. While not inexpensive, you do get what you pay for which is a good outcome. We highly recommend Blue Steam.
