Have used Blue Star for years and would have recommended them. Now, due to some messed up billing, I am out $625 and they won't answer my emails. :(

Horrible customer service and way to expensive!
I called to have my tank filled and was told it would be $1.77 a gallon. After my tank was filled and I called the day after to pay. I was told it was $1.99 a gallon. The man on the phone insisted the previous amount was wrong. He also used bad language and made me feel as though he does not care about his customers by honoring their word. I defected from Ameri Gas because of this same issue. Fast, efficient, friendly service. I purchased my propane furnace, hot water on demand from Blue Star, and had them installed them both. Their service people know what they are doing. Mt. Shasta front desk clerk is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend Blue Star Gas for all your propane needs.
Moved into a new house. Blue gas staff knew the location and prior residents helps us get situated day before Thanksgiving. very helpful
