Gave downpayment for roofing, siding, windows and only completed roof. Refuses to return the remainder of our downpayment. Has stole our money so we have hired a lawyer. Blue Star is a sham and a bunch of criminals who shouldn't be allowed to hold a business license..
I contacted Blue Star in 2022 for a roof estimate. It was a great estimate but I needed some time to think. In May of 2023 I contacted BS again and spoke with Isaiah. He was very helpful and very patient. The estimate did increase a little due to material cost rises, but Isaiah was able to give me a great discount and got me very close to the original estimate. I typically won't waste my time leaving a poor review but after reading some of the other reviews, I experienced the same thing. I had an appointment scheduled at my rental property for a quote for doors and windows to be replaced. I drove an hour just to get stood up. I called and left a VM to no avail.
I've known Jason for many years. A great man of character, professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend their services.
