About this business
The Blue Spruce Inn has been a Summit County dining tradition since the 1940’s. The building was originally an Inn, with rooms upstairs and a restaurant on the main level. The Inn was built near Farmers Korner on the old highway from Dillon to Breckenridge. It was then moved to the east end of Main Street in Frisco when the Lake Dillon dam was built, and then to the present location around 1974.

While the food was fine, the service was extremely slow. We were the second table seated in the main dining room 30 min after they opened and it took over 2 hours to complete our meal. No less than 20 min just sitting there between each course. The waitress did not check on us once after she set our meal down. We had to ask for more water and our second drink came when we were near done with the main entree. Dessert was nothing to be desired. We had filet mignon and a lobster and shrimp pasta. Really prrfect�
We went in for the Surf N Turf all you can eat buffet! It was spectacular. Good (really good) food and excellent service. Yes, we will be back.
Excellent meal with equally good service! Would not hesitate coming back.
