I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. All communication was professional and efficient. Price for the work was fair and Adam did a wonderful job.
2.5.2026 - Blue Spruce saved the day...again! I so appreciate the non-stop concerns/house visits from Adam and Jeff to get my furnace up and running in the middle of winter. It ended up being a mis-labelled breaker on the panel, also, the furnace did not have a dedicated breaker (bad!). Jeff added a new dedicated breaker to the panel for the furnace and all is well. I previously had a 5 star rating but due to a recent experience, I had to change it to 1 star. No follow up after I was told SEVERAL times someone would contact me. I feel a real 'bait-and-switch' happened. I honestly feel I was a bit deceived. Although everything initially was great with this company, the trust factor is gone. And let's be real, when you are dealing with an HVAC company, we want TRUST! Very disappointed!
1/29/2026 -- another positive review - 5 stars. Adam replaced my thermostat after my furnace wasn't coming on properly. The thermostat is great and easier to use than the last one.
