Blue Spruce provided excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new HVAC system.
Very professional and cordial crew completed timely and thorough repairs and spent the time to discuss, with no sales pressure, a full HVAC replacement. Excellent crew completed the install. Very much appreciated the above and beyond friendly attitude from all the employees and the quality craftsmanship.
Friendly, professional, knowledgeable small business. Went the extra mile to make everything work perfectly!
I (mistakenly) thought my water heater was OK - that it just needed a gas valve repair. Jeff got the part, installed it, and the pilot light still went out. Eventually we found the issue WAS that the water heater needed to be replaced. Jeff showed up when he said he would. He was friendly to work with, and understanding. I recommend this business.
