I have seen blue spruce servicing many of my neighbors, so after hearing good things I decided to call them for the HVAC. They visited about 1.5 years ago and serviced our unit, then came back today to check it out as it had stopped blowing cool air. Both experiences were great! Jeff was in and out in about 40 minutes. Came by and seemed professional. Paid 100$ for diagnostic fees. Two weeks later still have not received any communication or a bid for repairs. Will not be proceeding with this company. Editing: several weeks later never heard anything. Would recommend against this company
All work and clean up was done in excellent and professional manner. The system is working well.
