Love love love Blue Spiral! Charlotte and Tabitha are my go-to ladies! Walking in, every single time the girls at the front remember you by name. It is warm and welcoming. Charlotte is super patient with me with all of my questions and does not recommend any services that she does not think I need. No upselling here — And I love that! Tabitha is a pro with facials and my skin always feels so much better! 🥰

I had the pleasure of an appointment for Botox at the Blue Spiral MedSpa. For openers, the spa is very unique, upbeat and pleasing to the eye. I have had Botox done off and on for the past 10 years and I felt very comfortable and relaxed in this setting. My Injections were done by a N.P named Georgia Horsley. She did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier. She took her time and was very conscientious to my needs. Just like a pro! I would highly recommend her and this spa for your Botox needs!
