A more timely processing of payment would be one recommendation. I had to call after 2 weeks to see if my payment had arrived. Great service however.

Our Autopay program bills for any delivery or service transaction the 1st business day following the date of the transaction. In the case of your last delivery on 9/11, the date Autopay correctly ran was 10/1. Should you ever want to process the payment sooner, that option is always available on our App or website.
