Officially fired you guys today. I work out of my house and have requested that you call me before arriving so I can make sure I am not on the phone and can get the dogs in the house where they will not bark at you. Today was at least the FIFTH time you all have failed to call before showing up. It's pretty amazing that you all have continued to do this so many times. It's absolutely terrible customer service that drove my family away.
George and associate were professional and polite. It is almost impossible to tell where they treated our house yesterday. Referrals will be flying!
Blue Sky has been GREAT! Usually we see some scorpion activity by August and since having them spray for the past year we just saw our first one outside on our patio, and even then they came right out to spray again, free of charge. The technician that comes out is very pleasant and knowledgeable and instead of using a little backpack of spray, Blue Sky uses a hose connected to the truck and completely saturates the exterior perimeter of the home. Highly recommend!
