This place is a scam They sent me a bill, even though I've never been their patient. Did not even make a claim through insurance, because they didn't have it cause Ive never seen or been here Won't answer the phone or respond in any way either and their billing/medical records are just outside companies who have no idea what's going on

This is not a good place to make an appointment to see any type of eye doctor they will not return your calls and then there's a lady by the name of Grace she will lie to your face and she will lie on the phone she will tell you no we've never received her for referral and then when they do it urgently they still don't call you back I've been trying to reach him for the last 3 weeks I've left message after message after message states that they will contact you within 48 hours nobody has contacted me in 3 weeks from Blue sky... read more

Would give zero if I could. They do not answer phones, and I a not the first one to say this. You CANNOT get a person on the phone. They've had my referral for over a month, I've never been contacted. I've been dealing with undiagnosed seizures for years and they can't be bothered to return a voice-mail. So I showed up at the Rose Medical Center location and they aren't even there anymore, so don't bother trying. There are two other locations, supposedly. If your doctor tries to refer you here ask them for something better.

They got rid of the terrible messaging service that made it nearly impossible to make an appointment. However this place still seems disorganized, my new neurologist said she left this place because of that, mentioning it was hard to get anything done. It's not all bad but I'm skeptical of Blue sky and it's doctors still.
