Today I went into the clinic for my usual B12 shot. Instead I left without it. I had the most HORRIBLE experience as a human being in Toronto by a so call "Doctor". Not only was Olujide Olhokun demeaning, he was misogynistic. It was his way and he did not want to hear what you had to say. He has NO patience when he talks to you. Extremely Disappointed This was a complete waste of my time. I received a call from the clinic saying my ER referral was sent to them and that I was covered under OHIP. I clearly explained that I had already started physical therapy at Physiomed Airport using my own benefits. Despite that, they told me to come in on February 12 at 11:30 AM. At the appointment, I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes. He asked a few basic questions and then told me to continue my previous therapy and only come back if my pain gets worse. Excellent service. Both as a customer and a patient
👎Terrible service. The doctor was incredibly rude. I had some tests done, and he only told me that the results were negative and sent me home without checking whether my symptoms had improved. I felt dismissed and not properly cared for. It seemed like the visit was rushed and only focused on billing. Absolutely terrible service. 😞 There used to be another doctor, and he actually helped; now the current ones are arrogant 🙄
