The assessment felt rushed and superficial. I did not feel properly examined or truly listened to. For a place that provides primary care, I expected a more thorough evaluation and, above all, more empathy toward a patient who was clearly feeling very ill. Today I went into the clinic for my usual B12 shot. Instead I left without it. I had the most HORRIBLE experience as a human being in Toronto by a so call "Doctor". Not only was Olujide Olhokun demeaning, he was misogynistic. It was his way and he did not want to hear what you had to say. He has NO patience when he talks to you. Then he demeaned my Family Doctor's directives. He was so unprofessional and had NO bedside manners. He didnt want to give me my B12 when I asked him if he is refusing to provide me a service. Extremely Disappointed This was a complete waste of my time. I received a call from the clinic saying my ER referral was sent to them and that I was covered under OHIP. I clearly explained that I had already started physical therapy at Physiomed Airport using my own benefits. Despite that, they told me to come in on February 12 at 11:30 AM. At the appointment, I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes. He asked a few basic questions and then told me to continue my previous therapy and only come back if my pain gets worse.
