I had a very disappointing experience with Blue Sky Heating and Air. They diagnosed issues with both of my AC units and immediately pushed high-cost replacements instead of offering reasonable repair options. • They billed me $69 for a “tune-up” that was never actually performed. Their own report only shows basic inspection items (thermostat, refrigerant levels, electrical checks, etc.) and a quick coil rinse. The team at Blue Sky provided incredible service when we faced an emergency and needed to upgrade our HVAC system in the peak of summer. They were very responsive even late into the evenings and always had technicians available as soon as the next day. They provided competitive pricing on new HVAC units and were also able to order and complete installation in just a few days. I would highly recommend their services!

The technician was great but the front and back office support are a complete nightmare. I do not recommend this company on any level even if you have to pay more, it’s well worth the hassle and the lack of professional support you’ll receive. Also, this is not the experience I received initially when my unit was installed…the lack of service has degraded over the years to an all time low. So many other companies to go with like Starnd Brothers or Salt. A+++ in comparison
