After weeks of bad shoulder and neck pain, I finally decided to see a chiropractor. Today, I saw Dr. Jen Sims, and she was FANTASTIC! The session was really informative, and I learned a lot about why I've been having pain and how I can work to reduce it. And she adjusted my neck and back and immediately relieved a lot of pain. I highly recommend Blue Sky Health & Wellness!
