I would give zero stars if there was an option . Don’t ever deal with this company!! We got a quote on our deck project back in May, we accepted the quote and were required to give 40 percent down, another 30 percent when they start and another 10 percent half way. We paid the contractor all instalments in full. Our project started July 16, we are now at the end of December and they have not completed our deck. Terrible Experience. Is zero stars possible? I can't imagine they stay in business, but hear this warning in case they do stay in business. I hired Blue Sky to build a deck in the early summer. They were very slow to start and once they did, they seemed distracted. The crews would work 1-3 hours per day, and not every day. In Oct 2024, I was asked to pay the next milestone payment to bring the total paid to 80% of the contract. After that, they essentially disappeared.
