Used to be great but after the switchover things have continued to go downhill. Only half of the vacuums are open because the employees use the other side for personal parking. I've been told to move from a spot before because they told me it was for employee parking. They put a cone out after I moved my car. I have waited 15 minutes before just to get someone to come out to get me going in the wash. Things are continously broken or not working, supplies not stocked and overall not kept as it once was.
