Had to wait about 10-15 minutes while employees slowly tried to wash the mud off what was most likely one of their buddies trucks who had been mud riding. While in the wash, it stopped at least 3 times. Then to top it off, none of the vacuums on the side nearest the wash exit had any suction. Hit a nice video of the mud washing I will send to their corporate folks to see if this is the Whistle Express experience is supposed to be like; I doubt it is.

Ivan going to this car wash ever since they opened up couple years ago. I have been a member since then. Definitely worse getting a membership. Sometimes they have one month free special if you sign up for membership.
