We used them for two purchases and I hope to use them for our upcoming sale. Katie and team are detail oriented, efficient, and have a great atmosphere in office. Their office is an hour away and I still want to use them.

When our mom passed away and we had to sell her home and John and his team was there to help us along the way for the closing before, during and after. I had many questions about the process but the team was very patient, professional, courteous, helped me with all the many forms and explained each one in detail so that I fully understood what I was signing. The owner Katie was yelling at me. Then she stormed out of the room dramatically stating she was the owner for 30 years and did not have to work with me. Very unprofessional.

My closing couldn't have gone smoother! Katie was professional but also really fun and funny which made everyone feel at ease. She is smart and direct and all-around awesome!
