The owner Katie was yelling at me. Then she stormed out of the room dramatically stating she was the owner for 30 years and did not have to work with me. Very unprofessional.
My closing couldn't have gone smoother! Katie was professional but also really fun and funny which made everyone feel at ease. She is smart and direct and all-around awesome!
We had an excellent closing with Katie and John at Blue Sky. They accommodated a short paperwork delay so we could close as planned the same day. They answered all our questions and provided sound advice where appropriate. Most importantly, it was a relaxed and smooth closing. I would highly recommend Blue Sky to anyone requiring settlement services. They know what they are doing!
