This company pulled the rug right under my brother’s feet, they told him he had a condo for the month of March, Deposit they cashed the check and then they called and said that the condo unit was no longer available! Bad, bad business, stay away!
Been renting from Blue Sky for years now. They are quick to help you with maintenance needs. They are fair, honest, and treat you with respect. They are truly good people.

Lack of communication rude unprofessional discrimination Not understanding if you are a renter they don't give you a heads up if the property will be sold or not have you guessing from my experience you open the door and wake up to a painter a plumber all the above. they will tell you to vacate the property for the can take pictures of the rental no privacy even with a lease agreement just to sell a property.
