My Lincoln Ladies class of 1970 had our monthly lunch here today. It was wonderful — with Ginger Eby Miller.
Since discovering Blue Sky Bistro, it's really becoming a weekly stop for breakfast or lunch. Great views of the mountains and inbound/outbound aircraft. Nothing beats being able to enjoy a great meal out on the patio and watch airplanes. You never know what you'll see. The food is really good and the price is great for what you get.

They serve breakfast & lunch with variety in both. I ate lunch here I picked the special which was a smoked meatloaf Sandwich with side & fountain drink. Also, added a cup of pork green chile soup. Both the entree & cup of soup were delicious. The meatloaf sandwich was a good portion size & for the side item I picked pasta salad. Their BBQ is second to none. Best brisket sandwich I have had in Colorado! I have never had a bad sandwich or side at the Blue Sky Bistro. My opinion and I am very particular
