RecommendedSince discovering Blue Sky Bistro, it's really becoming a weekly stop for breakfast or lunch. Great views of the mountains and inbound/outbound aircraft. Nothing beats being able to enjoy a great meal out on the patio and watch airplanes. You never know what you'll see. The food is really good and the price is great for what you get.

Also, added a cup of pork green chile soup. Both the entree & cup of soup were delicious. The meatloaf sandwich was a good portion size & for the side item I picked pasta salad.
