Ok
Incredibly difficult to deal with and dropped my dogs as patients without warning because they hadn't been in for an appointment within 12 months. Not that it's unreasonable to expect regular visits, but I was never warned or notified that this would happen and only recently found out when I tried to get them in for a check-up. I've called at least 10 other clinics to see if we could be added to their roster and/or waitlist and none of them do this, especially without notice.
Boo always enjoys his visits with Blue Sky. Outstanding service from all the staff. My questions were all answered and explained. Thank you for the great care.
