My two teenager young adults tried using their service; and due to airline delays and a missed flight as a result - they had paid seats they couldn't use for a shuttle service, and there was no empathy or help from Blue Sky to compensate. As I have many kids, and there are many years ahead - this firm is loosing out on many many future shuttle trips as a result of their poor customer service: instead of helping out young adults in trial, they lawyer up and not work with the customer to find a solution.
