Shady/unethical practice. Reception team calling several days after an appointment to request a "new patient fee" which should have been applied at the time of paying the appointment but was not mentioned at the time. This is not outlined anywhere in a fee guide or on the website. Despite this, we returned several days later to make this payment. On then requesting an invoice for this additional payment we have made, we are told that isn't possible. Avoid.

Called to make an appointment, the receptionist took my Email address, 2 days later no Email from them, I tried to call back on 3 occasions, they were closed at 4 pm on one day then another day they were apparently off on lunch break for over 1 hour according to the phone recording, the next day I spoke with the reception person who answered all my queries with a Um Um, so assuming they heard what I had said ( the phone line was 100 percent clear) they then told me after 1 min of me talking they couldn't hear me, I found thi... read more

Worst clinic ever. There is no point of making an appointment as you always have to wait for hours even if you make appointment, no value of clients. Very unprofessional. Will never visit it again.

The bumbling ineptitude of Receptionist I one payment ove due and the reception call and I said I do not have my credit card with me can call u later and he said no . Any way call within 5 miles and clear the payment but lately their attitude has been worse . I have been loyal patient and my family for more than 15 years . But enough is enough. It’s very comerciliased . Every thing they want h to book. So good luck I taking my business somewhere else’s and it’s bulk bill too Thanx

Literally the worst practice I’ve ever been to. Saw them because I was got injured at work and even though I had insurance through work cover, they refused to charge the insurer and demanded I pay. Waited upwards of 45 minutes for each consult while doctors shouted at each other in the lobby. Anywhere is better than here.
