I've had decent medical care with BS, but they make changing your address and finding a primary care physician hard. First, their website only lists doctors who are far away (and probably very low cost for them) so you need to get a PDF sent to you of closer doctors. Then you need to call the doctors who will ask you if their medical group is supported by your insurance (which is a strange question to ask a "patient" as we don't work in Health Care). Worst company. The assigned me PCP who is not working with them. Try to change it for 2 weeks already, nobody helped me.
I called customer service to add on a dental plan and two people said I can not add it on. I paid so much money to my dentist and guess what, you can add 9n dental at any time!! Please train your staff!! 😡😡
