The service started out great under the previous management and then totally deteriorated. Tried canceling and had to speak with several managers who were pointing the blame at the manager who left which I found totally inappropriate. Without going into it further, the quality of service became terrible and despite promises made by new management it did not improve at all. Don't waste your money. You can see the before and after photos.

I use to work for these people. They let me work for them for one month then fired me when I started asking about my pay cause it wasn’t right. They claimed after a whole month that something came up on my record which is a lie. Don’t waste your time going to work for them!

Poor choice in pool service. They really do not do much besides basic chemicals. They dont even maintain hardness level on a concrete pool. They will charge you quarterly for chemicals on top of monthly for their service. You pay a lot but you dont get a lot. I watched the same ring of dirt on the bottom of the pool for weeks. It was not used, the same ring of dirt remained. They turn the filter on and maybe throw chlorine in, then claim they service it. CJ the service manager was rude when I was trying to end the service. As a 'Google Guide', I am EXTREMELY reluctant to write negative reviews. And if you look at my reviews, you can see I don't do it all that often. There are a LOT of experiences I would love to write about this place, and I can back them up with LOTs of emails, texts, phone calls, etc., but, to be quite honest, I wouldn't be surprised if they are very litigious. So, I'll just say I would recommend you try somebody else.
