we have been using this pool service company for all our pool and spa needs since we moved in. they also help us with yard work and irrigation, and every time the experience has been great. recently, we needed our irrigation system replaced in the front and back yard. the technicians arrived on time, finished the job in less than two days, and made sure to clean up before leaving each day and after the project was done. they worked hard, stayed focused, and were always polite. after dealing with other contractors in the past... read more
I was a customer from them , and at the beginning, I was quoted for a monthly services. Everything included. $169. Then every month I started to get charged for different items. They aren’t clear enough to say that they do have quarterly charges, and if the month has 5 weeks they will charge you extra…. So sad that they take advantage of customers without letting them know and doing automatic payment from the account on file.

we recently moved into a house with a pool and were new to pool ownership. after a couple of weeks, we noticed something wasn’t right with the pool. we found blue science pools online and scheduled a visit. a technician came out right away and explained everything about the pool system, showing us how to handle all the basics. the technician quickly figured out what was going on and fixed the issues, sharing a lot of helpful knowledge along the way. we’re planning to use their weekly pool service in the future.
a technician from blue science pools visited my pool and did a careful inspection for leaks. the worker found exactly where the leaks were and explained clearly what needed to be done to repair the cracks. later, another technician returned several times and fixed the cracks really well, leaving the area nice and clean each time.
