I want to let y'all know about the amazing customer service/support I received from Tyson (Jonathan). I was ready to leave the company, but have no reason to now that he checked out all my equipment and fixed all my issues. Now I don't have any problems with any blue science technicians. Thank goodness for Jonathan Tyson taking care of us and making me feel more confident about my service. Thank you so much!!!
This company is trash. They took over my pool cleaning and the pool was perfect. As soon as they took it over, the pool went green, they would charge me for extra visits when I called to demand they fix it immediately even though they messed it up. I stuck with them for 3 months and was only able to swim twice because the water was awful. I fired them, but they kept charging. I have been using Blue Science for years and they have done a great job maintaining my pool. The company is seamless with billing and regular services. If there are any issues my technician Nick Reinhardt is always on top of it and really communicates with me to get it taken care of. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.
*Highlights-Blue Science left me with an empty wallet, a Bucket of Chemicals, a Broken Control Box and 17,000 Gallons of stagnant untreated water.* I have been a Blue Science Customer for over 2 years. We have faithfully paid them thousands of dollars. My current situation has caused me to consider cancelling my service. Let me tell you what happened.
