i've had the pool service team come out to my place in The Colony a few times to check out some small leaks in my spa—usually losing about an inch of water overnight. in the past, they quickly found and fixed leaks around the spa light and one of the jets. this time, eric came by and did a great job finding the problem at the spa return drain, where there was a small hole where the pipe meets the plaster. he fixed it right away with no issues. it's great to know i can count on this team whenever i need help with my pool or s... read more
came home to a pool pump that wouldn't start after a weekend away. called blue science and eric showed up fast—my pool was running again in just a couple of hours. he was really friendly and knew a lot about pools, even gave me some helpful advice for my regular pool care and told me a few things about how my pool was built that i didn't know. i'll definitely call again if i ever need help with my pool in the colony.
